1Overview of the event These terms and conditions (the "Rules") will apply when a Participant deposits funds into their INFINOX trading account (the "Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion organized by INFINOX, the participant agrees to abide by these rules. All capitalized but undefined terms will be deemed to have the same meaning as such terms in your Customer Agreement.

2Eligibility To be eligible for this promotion, you must meet the following criteria:

• 2.1. The Promotion is only available to participants who have been approved by the INFINOX Compliance Team to hold a trading account. The number of this promotion is limited, and each trading account can only claim the total deposit amount once.
• 2.2. The bonus is only applicable to a single deposit in relation to the table below.
• 2.3. Trading accounts must trade in INFINOX STP or ECN spreads. If you meet the above criteria, you may be eligible to participate ("Participant") in this Promotion.
• 2.4 This promotion is for new clients only and first time deposits.

3 Event Details The details of this promotion are as follows:

• 3.1. The Promotion will end on the 31st October 2025
• 3.2. Participants must opt-in to participate in this promotion and clarify their decision to confirm their participation by sending an email to [email protected] or registering through the promotion page.
• 3.3. Unless expressly stated in the terms and conditions of the Campaign, this Campaign cannot be combined with any other Campaign.
• 3.4. Only verified and eligible participants will be able to participate in this Promotion.
• 3.5. INFINOX provides negative balance protection to all participants in accordance with the rules set by the regulator. The credit provided under this promotion will be used to support your trading margin. If your account equity falls below the credit level of your account, your trade will have a negative balance and will therefore be closed. Participants shall be solely responsible for maintaining sufficient margin levels in their accounts so that after the cancellation of credit, the margin level remains sufficient to maintain open positions.
• 3.6. INFINOX reserves the right to change the conditions or refuse to grant the Reward at any time.
• 3.7. INFINOX reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
• 3.8. The Participant shall read the Terms and Conditions carefully and comply with these Rules. Ignorance of the terms is not a valid argument when the application is submitted.
• 3.9. By accepting and continuing this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the relevant Customer Agreement with INFINOX. In the event of a conflict between any provision of these Rules and any provision of your Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.

4 Award Criteria

• 4.1. The eligibility criteria for awards and activities are summarized in the table below;

• 4.2. The promotion is available for individual trading accounts or sub-accounts. You can't group trading accounts together.
• 4.3. You must send an email to [email protected] or opt in via landing page in order to participate in this promotion. If you are applying to join by email, the email must include your full name, contact number, and trading account number.
• 4.4 You will recieve a Credit Bonus on your net deposit amount. The maximum credit applied to your account will be $10,000
• 4.5. The campaign period (60 days) begins on the date of receipt of the opt-in email. Eligible trading days are taken into account during this period, and any holidays or other periods affecting trading will not be considered.
• 4.6. Re-deposit or rollover to your trading account and subsequent trading lots will count towards the Eligible Volume Target. Any re-deposit will not affect the duration of the promotion and will be retained for 90 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of joining. No additional promotional credit will be applied to re-deposits or rollover funds. Only the initial deposit made during the campaign opt-in window qualifies for the credit.

5Credit Applications

• 5.1The credit will be applied within 24 business hours after both the deposit and opt-in confirmation have been received and verified by INFINOX. Internal transfers, balance adjustments, rebates from Introducing Brokers as well as affiliate marketing partners, or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new funds.
• 5.2. Credit will only be added to your trading account after the eligibility conditions have been met and successfully reviewed by INFINOX.
• 5.3. Re-depositing or rolling funds to your trading account is not eligible for additional credit. Credit and cash exchange requests can only be made on the basis of a single deposit application. If you wish to apply for a new credit on the same trading account, you must only apply if all positions have been closed and you do not have any open trades.

6 Withdrawals

• 6.1. The actual equity can be withdrawn at any time.
• 6.2. Credit rewards cannot be withdrawn in cash at any time.
• 6.3. If you wish to request a withdrawal, your equity after withdrawal must not be less than the minimum deposit required to participate in the promotion. Failure to maintain this amount will result in disqualification will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any associated promotional credit.
• 6.4. Once the equity on your account is less than or equal to the sum of all active trading credits, all active trading credits will be written off from the account.
• 6.5. In order to prevent your account from being in a negative equity situation, when the equity on your account = available credit, your trade will be "stopped out", i.e. automatically closed.

7Additional Notes

• 7.1. We are the sole arbiter of this Promotion, these Rules and any issues arising out of this Promotion. Special circumstances outside of these rules are at the sole discretion of the INFINOX management and the decision of our management will be final. We reserve the right to change, modify or terminate the promotion or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice.
• 7.2. We will not be liable for any losses suffered by you as a result of transactions related to this promotion.
• 7.3. The Promotion is deemed to be the property of INFINOX.
• 7.4. Any dispute or circumstance not covered by the terms of this Promotion will be resolved by our management in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all parties involved, which decision shall be final and binding on all parties. We reserve the right to refuse to award rewards if we have reasonable grounds to believe that there is any cooperation, collusion and organisational transaction from the same source, or if we have reason to believe that the promotion is being abused in any way.
• 7.5. Any participant who abuses the spirit or intent of this Promotion will be revoked and suspended from this Promotion and any obligations incurred by INFINOX under this Promotion. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time in the event of any suspected abuse of the Promotion. For the avoidance of disputes, "abuse" includes, but is not limited to, submitting multiple deposits and claiming rewards for each deposit. In addition, we reserve the right to stop or withdraw a Promotion if any of these rules are violated or if there is any reason to suspect that a participant has acted fraudulently or gained an unfair or unintentional advantage in the Promotion.
• 7.6. If at any time all or any part of a provision of these Rules becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder or all other provisions of these Rules in that jurisdiction. All Terms, or all other provisions of these Rules, shall be subject to the legality, validity or enforceability of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
• 7.7. Trading in the Forex and CFD markets carries substantial risks. Participants should not engage in trading in the forex and CFD markets unless they are fully aware of and understand the risks involved in trading. Participation in this promotion should not be an incentive when considering participation in the Forex and CFD markets.

• 8.2. All applications shall include the participant's name, registered email address, account number and a full description of the issue.
